麦粥 (干冬) Gandum
麦粥。。也是我们口中所叫的*干冬*
麦粥(干冬)粒有点像薏米粒,只不过颜色偏褐色
煮法非常简单,将麦粥(干冬)浸一小时,然后加水煮两三小时
加pandan叶,冰糖,椰浆,一些些盐
一锅香喷喷绵绵的麦粥(干冬)就完成了。
